My name is Nick Duthie and I am the owner of Red Robin Records and Easy E's Coffee Beans. I opened the cafe in April 2019,

Robyn is my daughter and that is where the name comes from. Ethan is my son (Easy E) and he features on my coffee bags, flying what can only be described as a coffee fueled jet pack, traveling the UK, spraying people directly in the face with our fantastic freshly roasted single origin 100% arabica coffee.
